Modified polyester enamelled copper wire, with its excellent variable frequency adaptability, low dielectric loss, and cost advantages, has become the preferred winding material for smart home variable frequency motors. It is widely used in devices such as smart air conditioners, variable frequency washing machines, and robotic vacuum cleaners.
This type of enamelled wire optimizes the enamel structure for the high-frequency operating characteristics of variable frequency motors. Under a 10kHz-20kHz variable frequency condition, the dielectric loss tangent (tanδ) is ≤0.003, a 40% reduction compared to ordinary enamelled wire, effectively reducing energy loss. Its 155°C temperature rating can withstand the heat generated during prolonged motor operation, and the enamel film has good flexibility, suitable for the compact winding design of small motors. Smart home devices using this enamelled wire can reduce energy consumption by 15%-20%, maintain operating noise below 45dB, and extend motor service life to over 8,000 hours.
