Application of Refrigerant-Resistant Enamelled Copper Round Wire in Refrigeration Equipment Compressors

Refrigerant-resistant enamelled copper round wire is specifically designed for refrigeration equipment compressors. It features resistance to refrigerant corrosion, withstands high and low temperature cycles, and offers excellent electrical insulation, making it suitable for compressors in refrigerators, air conditioners, and central air-conditioning systems. This type of enamelled wire uses a special refrigerant-resistant resin coating, capable of withstanding chemical corrosion from mainstream eco-friendly refrigerants such as R410A and R32.

After 3,000 continuous cycles in environments ranging from -40°C to 120°C, the insulation layer maintains a 99% integrity rate. During compressor operation, the enamelled wire must endure refrigerant pressure (up to 1.8MPa) and mechanical vibration. The product has a coating adhesion ≥18N, effectively preventing coil loosening or short circuits, ensuring continuous and stable compressor operation, reducing equipment failure rates to below 0.8%, and improving the energy efficiency ratio (COP) of the refrigeration system by 5%-8%.
