Application of Polyesterimide Enamel Copper Round Wire in Industrial Servo Motors

Polyester imine enameled copper round wire has become the core winding material for industrial robot joint servo motors and CNC machine tool spindle motors due to its long-term temperature resistance of 180 ℃ and excellent mechanical strength. Industrial servo motors require high-frequency start stop and precise speed regulation, with extremely high stability requirements for enameled wires.

After being treated with a double closed-loop curing process, these enameled wires can run continuously for 500 hours at 155 ℃, with an insulation resistance reduction rate of less than 15%, far better than the industry average level, and suitable for the high-frequency operation needs of industrial robot joint motors. Its good paint film adhesion can resist mechanical vibration during motor operation, avoid coil looseness or short circuit, ensure continuous and stable operation of industrial automation production lines, and reduce equipment shutdown maintenance costs.
